Doryopteris pedata, or Digit Fern, is a small, clumping fern displaying unusual, palmate shaped fronds with black petioles.

Creates a striking effect in containers, borders and as a houseplant. Ferns thrive in moist, neutral to acidic, loose, richly organic soil which is moist but not waterlogged. Prefers bright, filtered sunlight and is excellent as a houseplant or in a seasonal container. Protect from cold temperatures!
