This colorful Owl has been carved out ofrich cuprite by Christopher Sandoval. Its feathers and features have been delicately incised and smoothly sculpted. Cuprite is found in and around copper deposits, the same type of area turquoise is found.This fabulous owl is about 1 3/4″ tall, 1 1/8″ wide, and 2″ deep. We love the way Christopher inlaid jet into inlaid mother of pearl shell to create big watchful eyes.
