An Eaglehas flown our way, compliments of Dee Edaakie who used a fabulous specimen of young amber to carve this spectacular raptor. He also used a darker part of the young amber to inlay eyes on this approximate 1 3/4″ long, 1 1/4″ tall and 1″ wide bird. The inclusions and variations of this amber piece make this feathered friend interesting. There are also naturally occurring sparkling bits in the amber.
