Reminding us of the medicine of prayer and abundance, Gibbs Othole’s remarkable Bison is carved of aragonite, about 2 3/8″ long, 1 1/4″ wide and 2 1/8″ tall, with eyes of inlaid lapis. Aragonite is a form of calcite. This fabulous bovine’s horns are of turquoise and the offering bundle is out of this world. We see a whole shell with turquoise and natural branch red coral. The shell’s natural curvature hugs this bison’s hump in a lovely way.
