Coyote’s (Fox or Wolf) wisdom teaches us to be adaptable to changing circumstances as life for all is unpredictable and uncontrollable. Douglas Martza’s turquoise-eyed bushytail adapts as necessary and survives. Carved from fish rock serpentine with dendritic areas, Douglas etched a furry coat on his approximate 3 3/4″ long, 1″ wide and 1 3/4″ tall canine. An alternating shell and coral bead offering along with a turquoise point is attached to this coyote (Suskiin the Zuni language) friend.
