Bryston Bowannie’s approximate 3″ long, 3/4″ wide and 2 1/2″ tall turquoise-eyed camel has been carved from indigenous Nutria rock, which is a rich stone from the Nutria area of the Zuni Pueblo reservation. Nutria rock can be either travertine, agate or jasper.
