Ancient layers of wind, water and sand united over millennia to form the Arizona sandstone Burt Awelagte used to sculpt a fine Eagle (or Hawk). An eagle’s animal medicine teaches us to see the whole picture, to expand our perception. In widening our world view, we are able to rise above the sands of time and reach for the best we can be. Burt gifted this great teacher a removable offering necklace from turquoise and warm amber. Eyes are from turquoise inlays and a see-through beak is a lovely touch. About 4 1/2″ long, 1 3/8″ wide and 2 1/4″ tall.
