Sherdine Tsatte is the mother of Loren Tsalabutie who is following in his late father Jeffery Tsalabutie’s carving footsteps. Loren is mentoring Sherdine and you can definitely see that familial style in her sweet Mountain-lion (cougar, puma or panther) smoothly sculpted from a tawny red onyx. Loren’s father said to always give the animal carvings a flowing life movement something he’s obviously instilling in his mother as well. Friendly eyes are from turquoise inlays. Approximately 4 3/4″ long, 1 1/2″ wide and 2″ tall.
