Zuni jeweler Amy Wesley’s double Hummingbird design was originally used by Amy and Dickie Quandelacy. Her gorgeous sterling silver ring is created in the channel inlay technique where happy turquoise, red coral and iridescent mother-of-pearl is set between sterling silver channels, creating the signature swirling bird motif. The inlay pattern gives rise to a negative space that from a far looks like inlaid black curved stones. Including the lovely twisted silver ropeborder, the station that’s about 7/8″ by 5/8″ sits comfortably on a split shank. This is a ring size 7. Signed by the artist.
