Badger digs into the earth with determination. Hiram Peynetsa carved this digger from alovely lapis with mottled grey and white inclusion. The entire surface of the badger is carefully incised with thin lines to create a texturized fur coat highlighted by the white and grey colors in the blue stone. The turquoise inlaid heartline runs from the tip of its delicately carved nose all the way to the base of its tail, electrifying and energizing the carving. The badger measures 2 1/2″ long, 1 1/4″ wide by 1 /2″ tall and has eyes of turquoise. Hiram managed to fit his full signature inscribed onto the belly of the badger.
