Known by some as The Stone of Hope and a cleanser of negative thoughts, gorgeous amazonite is a semi-opaque feldspar mineral found worldwide in places like Colorado, Libya, Australia and Namibia. Dee Edaakie’s upright Bear has been creatively carved from amazonite displaying aqua ocean hues. Eyes are from lapis lazuli inlays. For the A:Shiwi (The People) upright bears are brothers who teach us to stay strong. About 1 7/8″ tall, 7/8″ wide and 1 3/4″ deep.
