Round pen shell in mother-of-pearl eyes are hopeful as a darling Frog looks to the sky for pouring rain. Turquoise inlays represents water droplets on this amphibian carved from serpentine by Delvin Leekya. In Zuni traditional ways, carved frogs are a rain-bringing friend associated with abundance, fertility and cleansing. About 2 1/2″ long, 1 5/8″ wide and 1″ tall.
