Dinah Gasper’sFrog is carved from watermelon serpentine with lots of colorful inclusions reminding us of that sweet summer time treat. In the desert the other summer time treat is afternoon thunderstorms bringing much needed life giving rain. Frogs are associated with rain. Dinah inlays her animal’s eyes and nostrils, this time withbright blue turquoise, in remembrance of her mother, Edna Leki. A sterling silver signature label is attached on the under belly;about 2 3/8″ long, 1 5/8″ wide, and 1 3/8″ tall.
